At their AnimeJapan 2023 event, the Spy x Family production team revealed a new visual teaser and short promotional video for Spy x Family CODE: White. The anime film is scheduled to open in Japanese theaters on December 22, 2023.

Additionally, the second season of Spy x Family will begin airing sometime in October 2023.

Spy x Family CODE: White will have an original story, with Tatsuya Endou credited with original work, supervision, and character designs for the film. Takashi Katagiri is serving as the director, while Ichirou Ookouchi is the screenwriter. Other staff members for the film include Kazuaki Shimada as character designer, Kana Ishida as supporting character designer, Kyouji Asano as chief animation director, Kazuhiro Furuhashi as animation supervisor, [K]NoW_NAME as music producer, and Shouji Hata. as sound director. WIT STUDIO and CloverWorks are handling the film’s animation production.

Kazuhiro Furuhashi is also returning to direct the second season, along with Takahiro Harada as assistant director. Ookouchi is the new script supervisor and writer for the series, replacing Furuhashi. Kazuaki Shimada is returning as character designer, and [K]NoW_NAME is handling music composition once again. WIT STUDIO and CloverWorks are the main animation producers for the second season.

The main voice cast includes Takuya Eguchi as Loid Forger, Saori Hayami as Yor Forger, and Atsumi Tanezaki as Anya Forger.

The first cut premiered from April 9, 2022 to June 25, 2022 and ran for 12 episodes. The second coursing premiered on October 1, 2022, and ended with episode 25 on December 24, 2022. Crunchyroll, Bilibili, and Muse Asia are streaming the show worldwide, outside of Japan.

Tatsuya Endou’s original manga series was first serialized in Shueisha’s online magazine Shonen Jump+ on March 25, 2019. Ten tankoubon volumes have been released as of October 2022 and are published under the Jump Comics+ label. Volume 11 will be released on April 4, 2023.

Viz Media is releasing the Spy x Family manga in English, describing the synopsis as:
