Solo Leveling is one of the most anticipated anime of recent times, and now a trailer and release date for it has been revealed.

Anime Solo Leveling is scheduled for January 2024

Solo Leveling is a popular webtoon that had its anime adaptation announced at Anime Expo 2022. The anime will be adapted by studio A-1 Pictures and now it has been revealed that the anime will premiere in January 2024, and it will come out on Crunchyroll.

What is Solo Leveling about?

Solo Leveling follows the traditional isekai style, where the titular character  Sung Jinwoo  starts at the bottom and works his way up to the top. 

To care for his mother, he becomes a hunter, a group of people whose goal is to kill demons in dungeons. The problem is that Jinwoo is an  E-Rank , the lowest level of hunters, and they are usually the first to die.

However, things change when Sung Jinwoo finds a double dungeon that nearly killed him. Just when he thought he was lost, he was given a second chance:  an offer to become a player . 

From that point on, Jinwoo participates in a program called “System”, where he completes missions to level up and become stronger, as well as receiving powers, such as summoning the dead.

Jinwoo becomes very powerful but his strength didn’t come from nowhere as he had to work for it and watching his growth is rewarding to watch. 

He is an underdog who simply wants to protect his loved ones. In addition, Solo Leveling has many other characters with compelling stories, such as Jinwoo’s shadow army, where each of them has different personalities, but they are all incredibly loyal to Jinwoo!
