Saiyans from the sixth universe achieved Super Saiyan forms in the blink of an eye, proving their superiority, so it wouldn’t be impossible for them to develop some SSJ4 very soon.
It would make a lot of sense for Akira Toriyama to canonize SSJ4 as a transformation of those Saiyans, as they come from a very different universe.

This isn’t the first time we’ve seen @elite_nappa give Kefla a makeover like this. He already imagined what she would be like with Super Saiyan 3 and also with Super Saiyan God.
Without a doubt, it is very exaggerated for Kefla, Cale, Caulifla or Cabba to reach levels of power like that, since until recently they didn’t even know what a Super Saiyan was.
However, this is the only way to get them into the game, as Dragon Ball has been leveling up more and more. You could say that’s the price to pay and so it’s not surprising that some fans hate the whole thing because it doesn’t make as much sense.
