Santa Cruz Clam Chowder Cook-Off & Festival is happening today.  Admission is free and you can buy tickets to taste all of the chowders beginning at 10am.  With all of the chowders cooking it smells fantastic and will make you want to try some of the great chowders down at the Boardwalk.  Winners will be announced at 4pm.
