Today at 1pm come and check out the new Resource Recovery Facility (RRF) in Santa Cruz.  This is an open house event and all are invited to come and see all the great things about this facility.  The festivities begin at 1pm with a few comments from the mayor and others at the Facility.  There will be refreshments provided.
