Kick off Memorial Day weekend with a Parade and Festival in Felton.  The Parade will begin at 10am at Henery Cowell State Park, through downtown then end up at the festival at Covered Bridge Park.  The festival will run from 11-4 at the park.  There will be live music, bounce houses, great food, prizes and more.
