From 10am – 4pm you can get some great deals on Books at The Best Book Sale in the Monterey Bay.  Throughout the day the prices will vary, starting at $1.50/lb and ending the day at $5/bag so get there early to get the books you want.  This great book sale will be held at the Civic Auditorium on Church Street in Santa Cruz.

Do you love hockey and want your kids to love the sport too?  Take them over to the Scotts Valley Sports Center for the FREE Hockey Starter Program at 4pm today.  This is a great way to get the kids interested in hockey.  They also offer free gear rental.
