Visit your local Library for Storytime.  Boulder Creek Library has preschool storytime from 11 – 11:45am.  Capitola Library has toddler storytime from 11:15 – 11:35am.  Storytime is a lot of fun for kids with stories all around a theme, and most incorporate familiar songs or crafts into their storytime as well.

The Brommer Park Carnival is today and it an event not to be missed.  Today from 1-4pm at Brommer Park (on the corner of Brommer Street and 30th Ave in Live Oak) you can join the fun including a BBQ, carnival booths, games, face painting and more.  Local agencies will also be present to provide more information for families with children.  This is a fun free event for the entire family.

Take the family down to Capitola Beach tonight from 6-8pm for Twilight Concerts 2009.  These are free concerts held on the beach featuring a different band each week.
