Today there is a Free Gardening Class in Scotts Valley.  This class will be held at the Scotts Valley Community Center from 1-3pm.  Call the office at 438-3251 for more information.

Scotts Valley Sports Center offers a Free Hockey Class to children 12 and under.  This is a fun time for your kids to get familiar with roller hockey, learn about the rules and the fun of the game.  Class starts at 4pm but show up a little early if you need to borrow gear.

Everyone’s favorite ride, The Giant Dipper, is turning 85 this year.  Come down to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk today to join the festivities.  Then tonight at 9pm don’t miss the Fireworks Spectacular with amazing fireworks sure to light up the skies in Santa Cruz.
